The current COVID-19 pandemic necessitates an economic rejuvenation plan along with a much-needed Skills Development Program which can enable the youth to generate income from home. Therefore, BF Technologies has joined hands with AIOU and TEVTA, in order to implement e-Commerce Skill Development Courses (ESDC) as a response to this unfortunate scenario.
BF Technologies along with TEVTA Punjab who is leading the project, has signed an MOU that would be geared towards the streamlining of youth for Skill & Behavioral Development to uplift Pakistan in the contemporary challenges and emerging opportunities of Virtual Employment.
The collaborating partners include, TEVTA Punjab, AIOU, Paigham-E-Pakistan and BF Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. Allama Iqbal Open University holds the position of a participant in this program. The Virtual Employment Azadi Program’s MOU launched on 7th August, 1500hrs at the TEVTA Secretariat in Lahore. The event was hosted by Chairman TEVTA-Punjab.
The MOU signing included Participants and Guests such as Prof Dr. Sayed Hasan Raza Chairman Department of Business Administration, AIOU, MPA Aisha Nawaz Chaudhary Chairman Standing Committee School Education Department, Dr. Ghazna Khalid PM’s Task Force Member and Captain (Retd) Bilal Hussain, Founder & CEO BF Technologies.
A total of 150 students will be generating e-Rozgar, which means 150 homes will be economically relieved and uplifted. These students will be trained as virtual store managers, virtual traders and virtual assistants who can generate income in the comfort of their homes. The Virtual Employment Azadi Program is designed in a manner, which aims for the financial independence and freedom for the young Pakistani citizen in economically uncertain times. The Azadi Program serves as a financial safe haven in post COVID economy.
In a post COVID-19 world, the need for virtual employment and learning has gained the attention of many businesses and educational institutions. It is therefore crucial to change gears and focus our lens onto e-learning and e-employment. As a nation with budding population it is absolutely essential to utilize its massive human resource and its hidden unexplored potential.
